The symposium Current Topics in Biomedical Sciences was held in Münster from February 16th to 17th 2009.The Current Topics meeting series has been created to provide an overview on biomedical research topics at the borderline between medicine, medical technology and the life sciences.
In recent years the Current Topics were regularly held as a one-day symposium but was now extended to two days and put under one particular main subject every year. This year the meeting has addressed the most recent advanances in Nanomaterials & Nanotools within the biomedical sciences.
